How to Register Mail in registration

The easiest way to register for a class is by mail. Call the recreation department for a registration form, complete the form and mail it back with your check or money order payable to the City of Fillmore. Do not mail cash. Our mailing address is: Fillmore Recreation, 250 Central Avenue, Fillmore, CA 93015. Walk-in registration: If you are in the neighborhood, please visit us weekdays from 8:45-5:00. We will fill out the registration form at our office or you can drop in at the class or activity itself and register right there. Phone in registration: Staff is available to take your registration information by phone weekdays during normal business hours or call and leave a message on the recreation phone line, 524-4253. Please let us know the class or activity your interested in and we will complete the registration form for you. This will be a temporary registration; you are not officially registered in a class until we receive your form and payment.
