Special Announcement Regarding Retirement Party for Shirley Wright   We would like to clear up any confusion over the retirement party for Shirley Wright on September 17, 2010.   At a City Council meeting, the date and time of the party was announced, inadvertently leading some people to believe it was a public event.   It is not.  We apologize for the confusion.  Mrs. Wright’s family is honoring her with a special, private party.  We appreciate Mrs. Wright’s many contributions to Fillmore and wish her well as she starts this new chapter in her life.”
