Residential Customers
A $150 water/sewer deposit is required of all new
customers and those customers who have not established good
credit with the City of Fillmore. A $20 non-refundable
connection fee is also required. The deposit and connection
fees are due
immediately.

Departamento de Agua no estará disponible para iniciar o
terminar servicio de agua y servicio de alcantarilla. Si
quiere iniciar o terminar servicio por favor hágalo a
través del 20 de diciembre a 21 de diciembre 2010 o 29
de diciembre a 30 de diciembre 2010. Si tiene alguna

Commercial Customers
Deposits for commercial accounts depend on the meter
size serving the business. A minimum of $150
deposit is required and is due immediately upon opening
the account.
Customers are billed monthly and the minimum monthly
bill for a 3/4" meter is $28.20. Minimums vary
depending on meter size and cover usage up to 1,000 cu.
ft. of water.
Contractors
Hydrant
meters are rented for $1 per day charge. A $600 deposit is
required to cover replacement cost of hydrant meter.
Construction water deposits are either $150 or $200 and are
due immediately upon opening the account. Also due is a $100
permit fee or $300 calendar year fee.
All
deposits will be applied to closing bills. The balance will
be refunded. After one year of good credit with the city,
upon request the deposit will be refunded.
Customers

meter is $25.18. Minimums vary depending on meter size and
cover usage up to 1,000 cu. ft. of water.
